Get MCR Prefix List
Returns prefix filter list details for the MCR and prefix list specified by the productUid and prefixListId.
Use the /v2/product/mcr2/{productUid}/prefixLists endpoint to obtain the prefixListId.
This allows you to validate that a specific prefix filter list has been configured for an MCR.
